We are being invited to be our best.

It's been a month yeah?

The world outside of us is presenting many challenges and allowing us to truly look inside and see what is important to us....

My allegiance has always been to one thing...Myself...and my well being...unless I do that...nothing within my reality matters much....and from that place..I cannot serve....

There are many things we are told we are in life...so many of them are not helpful healing or kind.

It is within the memories of these stories that we hold our untruths, our limited beliefs, our lies about self.

Once we begin to notice all of those unhealthy mind chatterings and we allow the light to enter the room of our hearts, we can then begin to cast off all that is cluttering an otherwise magnificent being that is us.

Having a blast in the studio working on my Newest "Signs" series

I'm always one to choose running with scissors as opposed to not.

There is too much adventure to be experienced....

I say let's run.

This one is not super large...just a little ditty

For most of us...we have a big who leads us toward the calmer waters...

Our big can be another person in our world
Or it can be a divine presence
Or it can even be our own self as a larger version
We need to listen better and cleaner and clearer

for our big...
she/he is our guiding force that guides...

Your big is your higher self

Let your big lead

Amidst the madness we must keep our balance.

The beam we stand on is getting thinner and thinner making balance more difficult if we continue to allow the wind to blow us in any old direction.

Staying coherent with our inner knowing is the way home. Staying alive internally is our freedom. Even as it is being scraped away with a rusty blade one decision at a time.

Our choices that are not aligned with our truths will come with stronger and deeper consequences.

What comes next is anyone's guess.

Turning toward that thick dark murky air will choke and stick in the throat but it cannot snuff away the sun.

I have been asked a lot how I keep a positive outlook, how I see the bigger picture, how I maintain balance, how I continue to support and invite a new way of thinking...So I want to share a little more vulnerability and transparency today...to allow us to understand something most teachers guides and leaders of this thing called self discovery and life won't really dive into…

I am not always this person. I strive to be her but in the end I am having the human experience as much as anyone.

The difference is not in my ability to rise above or spiritually explain or even see a bigger picture.

They say the only way to the other side of anything is through. Grief, challenge, anger are a huge part of any life of growth and expansion. If we skip that part then we lose an opportunity to clear what has been living in our bones.

Letting go and allowing something to die is probably one of the hardest things we do as humans...especially when it comes to matters of the heart. We can continue to love another and let go. We can allow people to leave us. We can continue to love them. I have learned a lot about this in the past several months.

My deep lessons around love have nearly killed me. I cannot unlove. It’s not in my bones. So if I love someone like I say I do, them I have to love them the way they are asking to be loved. Then I have to love myself enough to allow my own heart to heal... Love is not conditional. It just isn’t.

This is a common look for me. I’m asked all the time why I paint with my hands. I have a lot of reasons. I’m very tactile. I adore the communication without a tool in between what I want to say and what reaches the canvas. I know that energy runs constantly through our hands which is why we use them for healing.

On a deeper level, my hands transmit that pure energy. It allows something visceral and intimate. Whenever I’m deeply in that connected place of receiving information, my hands are the quickest way to allow the connection to come through. They are my most expensive tools.

Each step....each sequence of connected events are steps to a new realization...a new way of knowing...or signs to something deeper...Spirit guides in the weirdest ways...and if we are paying attention...Which is not always easy…We will be shown the most magical and clear path to anything including healing...If we are not paying attention...events will escalate...

Spirit never gives up on us...never ever...We are never alone...never ever...
